Behind the Ball

This year has started off rocky all around the world, but I am determined to turn it around, at least in my own life and in the lives that surround me.

It is the end of January, in the year 2020 (that is insane to me), and I have a lot of things to be proud of and excited about already.

I have a few sessions under my belt, got a promotion at my day job at the beginning of the month, hosted my annual boudoir event, had a meeting with Mom Starts Here about our Mommy and Me sessions, will be on the set of another movie shooting behind the scenes photos, going to a Grace Potter concert tomorrow, and we went to South Carolina and brought back albums full of old photos to restore.

It has actually been a really productive and great month, now that I am typing it out.

I am thankful for this release of my creativity, and sometimes I wonder why I don't just relax and hang out, but then I wouldn't be me without a camera in my hand and people to take photos of.
